This year’s Hawai‘i Food & Wine Paradise takes place September 11-13 at the Ko Olina Resort area of O‘ahu, Hawaii. Proceeds generated will fund college scholarships and educational programs for Leeward O‘ahu youth through the festival’s charitable beneficiary—the Kapolei Rotary Foundation.

• Paradise Golf Tournament (September 11) – A sixty-player tournament at the eighteen-hole Ted Robinson designed Ko Olina Golf Club. Players enjoy gourmet eats, libations and cigars during and after play.

• Paradise Spa Experience (September 11) – A day at the Ihilani Spa is “heaven on earth” and thirty Hawai‘i Food & Wine Paradise guests enjoy discounted spa treatments for an afternoon.

• Kapolei Chef Showcase (September 11) – Guests may choose from a sit-down winemaker’s dinner with Chef Roy Yamaguchi at Roy’s Ko Olina or a variety of grazing and wine stations at Azul at the J.W. Marriott Ihilani Resort & Spa with Chefs Blaine Wilkinson of Azul, Peter Pahk of Silverado Resort and Thad Lyman of Napa Valley Grille.

• Kapolei Uncorked (September 12) – The private oceanfront estate of Lanikuhonua is host to 450 guests enjoying the gourmet creations of top chefs from Hawaii and the mainland U.S., premium wines, a Ketel One martini bar and a live auction with one-of-a kind offerings.

• Paradise Grand Finale (September 13) – Oceanside at Ko Olina Resort, 300 guests experience the best that Hawai‘i and its visiting guest chefs, winemakers and entertainers have to offer under the stars.
