CELEBRATE CINCO DE MAYO NATURALLY AT STEVENSON’S LIBRARY

POIPU, KAUAI, HI – APRIL 29, 2008 – Stevenson’s Library at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa has crafted the ultimate Organic Margarita and will offer specials to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Although it is not Mexico’s independence day, there is good reason to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. On May 5, 1862 Mexican soldiers overcame French forces in Puebla, Mexico, leading to the French withdrawal from Mexico. Why Cinco de Mayo has become such a popular celebration in the U.S. is anyone’s guess, but it is probably due to good food and good drink.

Stevenson’s Library will offer Cinco de Mayo specials on Monday, May 5 featuring Stevenson’s Organic Margaritas and Mexican style pupu. There will be no neon colored mix in this margarita, the organic concoction begins with 4 Copas tequila, the world’s only organic line of tequilas.
